Nagan Consulting is a senior team of advisors and deal facilitators with direct, hands-on experience across these regions. Headquartered in Doha and registered under the Qatar Financial Centre, we work across the full spectrum of market entry, deal facilitation and strategic advisory — from navigating licensing and accreditations, to identifying partners and counterparts, to preparing teams for the realities of operating in complex environments.

We founded this firm around a simple observation: companies pursuing opportunities in Africa, the Gulf, and Asia rarely lack ambition — they need the right people in the room.
